BOSTON — The great debate of which of the NBA’s classic franchises is initiating the most effective rebuilding effort has been one of the most intriguing topics of discourse amongst basketball fans. And it will now take place on the CLNS Radio airwaves.
Derek Bodner, Rich Hoffman, Kyle Neubeck, Max Rappaport and the Sixers Beat podcast will begin broadcasting on the free CLNS Radio mobile app for iPhone and Android. Sixers Beat is the highest rated podcast on iTunes which covers Philly’s basketball franchise and features the most unique and in-depth discussion and analysis from consummate Sixers insiders. Frequent guest appearances also include some of the biggest names in the national media as well as front office personnel such as Sixers GM and President of Basketball Operations, Bryan Colangelo.
“I am not only honored that Derek and his team will broadcast the Sixers Beat podcast on CLNS Radio, but words cannot explain how excited and thrilled I am,” said CLNS Radio Founder, Nick Gelso in a statement. “This especially hits home for me due to my connection with the Northeast Pennsylvania area. Philadelphia 76ers fans have a very unique passion for their team, so it gives me great joy in which Sixers Beat teamed up with CLNS will feed that very passion.”
CLNS Radio’s Executive Producer, Larry H. Russell addressed the announcement of Sixers Beat announcement yesterday. “The Sixers Beat podcast will now be available to not only all CLNS listeners on the mobile app, but also will be more readily accessible across many more mediums of spoken audio on the digital realm,” said Russell. “It goes without saying that this is great news to not just 76ers fans, but all consumers of basketball content everywhere. Derek, Rich, Max, and Kyle’s expertise on the NBA Draft is unparalleled and the success of Sixers Beat serves as proof of that.”
